Employment History:

 

  • Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts 1997 to 2000. Responsible for production of booklets, pamphlets, flyers, brochures, newsletters and posters. Includes: "This Week in Cape May," over 25,000 copies per month distributed.  Web site design, implementation and maintenance. Serve on the computer network, internet and publication teams.

  • Web Master - Jersey Cape Information System,  (1998-2000): Design and implementation and maintenance of web sites for Southern New Jersey internet provider.  

  • Systems Analyst - Unisys, (1991 - 1996): Analysis, design and programming of United States Coast Guard inventory, navigational aid maintenance and project management software. Applications were written in Progress for single user DOS/Windows and multi-user and CTOS environments. Assisted Network Administrator in designing and implementing local area networks using Windows NT, NT Workstation and Windows 3.11, that included extensive hardware and software installation and configuration.   

  • Director Quality Assurance - Head Trauma Rehabilitation (1987-1991): Developed and implemented operating procedures for head trauma community re-entry program. Monitored to ensure compliance with standards which allowed agency to secure and maintain professional accreditation. Included extensive computer software development, training and support.  

  • Director - Coordinated Emergency Response System (1984-1987): Designed, implemented, and directed a centralized after-hours crisis intervention and field response system. Responded to child and senior abuse and neglect, mental health, domestic violence, juvenile family, drug and alcohol, homeless, welfare, and stranded travelers crises and emergency situations. Involved extensive and formal linkages with area hospitals, police departments and human service agencies. Included extensive computer software development and training.  

  • Coordinator - Information Atlantic, Atlantic County Department of Social Services (1977-1984): Designed, implemented and directed a computer based system to provide information relating to availability, eligibility and providers of social services. Included a 24 hour information, referral and case management service and the provision of conflict management training to local police academies.
